Terms & Conditions: SALE OF RAIN WEAR GARMENTS

 

Garment Exchange Policy:

Customers are eligible to exchange garments for a different size under the following conditions:

  • Customers must notify WETWEATHERWEAR.COM of their intention to exchange their garment(s) within 14 days of the listed "DELIVERED" date displayed by the Australia Post tracking website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search) at the customer's expense.

  • Returns for exchange will be required to be posted back to us at 99 Garling Street, O'Connor WA 6163

  • Customers are encouraged to enclose an Australia Post Parcel Bag inside with the returned goods parcel, with which we can deliver the new goods with. Alternatively, the return postage charge will need to be paid prior to having the replacement good(s) sent.

  • Returned garments must be received with product swing tags not having been removed and in their original packaging.

  • When trying on purchased items of clothing, please make sure you handle the product with extreme care. We will be unable to accept returns of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

  • Refunds are paid in the manner in which the payment was accepted (credit/debit card or PayPal).

 

Refund Policy:       

Customers are eligible to return unwanted goods for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Customers must notify WETWEATHERWEAR.COM of their intention to exchange their garment(s) within 14 days of the listed "DELIVERED" date displayed by the Australia Post tracking website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search ).

  • No refunds will be paid until the goods have been received in "as new" condition, including packaging, by WETWEATHERWEAR.COM.

  • Customers wishing to return goods using Australia Post are encouraged to utilise Registered Post and record the tracking code of the consignment.

  • The goods will be returned to WETWEATHERWEAR.COM entirely at the customers expense.

  • A re-stocking fee of 10% of the original price paid for the returned goods will be applied (see example below)

  • A $10 flat fee will be applied to cover the cost of the original freight / postal charges (see example below).

  • In the event a garment was purchased as part of a package deal, the original price of the garment shall be determined by the Single Unit Purchase Price.

  • Returned garments must be received with product swing tags not having been removed and in their original packaging.

  • Upon inspection, all items returned in non-resalable condition, not in manufacturer’s original packaging or with missing or damaged parts may be refused a refund and will be charged an additional restocking fee at the WETWEATHERWEAR.COM’s discretion.

  • Please note that clearance items are non-refundable or returnable.

  • Please note: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use special delivery or if that is not available in your state or territory, use an insured carrier service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us. Please always send us the tracking information.

Return Policy Example:

             Original Garment Price Paid by Customer:       $100.00

             Apply 10% Restocking Fee                               $10.00

             Apply Original Postage Charge                       - $10.00

             Refund Total Amount                                      $80.00


Postage Disputes:

All efforts are made to expedite garments as soon as possible after an order is placed.
All purchases are dispatched via Registered Post allowing WETWEATHERWEAR.COM to be informed when the goods have been received.
WETWEATHERWEAR.COM reserves the right to to wait a total of 15 working days from the postal / dispatch date before enacting a re-send of the goods. (Australia Post requires a 15 day waiting period before any insurance will be paid.) Should the goods not arrive within a reasonable time from the order, the customer is encouraged to contact WETWEATHERWEAR.COM via email at enquiries@WETWEATHERWEAR.COM .
Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

All customers accept these terms and conditions upon placement of an official order, an order is made official once payment is made in full and received by WETWEATHERWEAR.COM.
