Express bags are standard for a faster delivery lead time. We treat all orders as urgent and aim to dispatch to the GPO depot same day as the order is received.
For large orders (Approx 10+ garments, we reserve the right to switch delivery provider to Startrack Express courier service, this service generally arrives within the same time frame as Express Post.

DELIVERY PROCESS
We thought it might be helpful for you to know how we work. The process is very simple, we take your order, send it, and you promptly receive it:
1. Order Placed
You'll receive an email confirming your order has been placed, along with a summary of goods ordered and your delivery address.
0. (If Required) Quote Requested by Customer
If you require us to submit a quote, we will usually reply within 24 hours. We're happy to quote on any quantity, the more pieces required, the better the discount!
2. Order Processed
We will immediately compile your order ready for dispatch. If the ordered stock is not currently in our warehouse, you'll be notified via email or phone of the ETA on all or just a portion of the order.
3. Garments Dispatched
Your garments will be dispatched to the Australia Post system usually using standard parcel post bag(s). All items are tracked for proof of delivery.
At this time you will be automatically be notified of the Tracking Code via email usually on the same day as the garments are sent.

We realize you are probably wondering "how long it will it take to arrive?" Well, this page is all about answering these questions.
We commit to taking utmost care to ensure you're garments are dispatched as quickly as possible after your order is placed, generally same or next working day they will begin their voyage!
We then rely on the Delivery Network which is generally very prompt & efficient.

4. Order Delivered
When the goods are delivered, this will be reflected on the Australia Post Parcel Tracking Website. Generally the goods will be received within 2-5 working days after having been dispatched.
